One price for your part
The credit price depends on your selected service and your part's analysed complexity. Analyze the part and review the quote before confirming. Prices and service availability are shown in the Convert dialog and on the pricing page.
AI Preview, AI CAD and Engineer Checked
Credits are charged when conversion starts, after the processing job is accepted. The results included in that service can be downloaded without a separate acceptance or download charge. AI Preview includes one STL per part; it does not include CAD exports.
Engineer Checked includes AI CAD and an engineer check against your drawing. You can book the full service upfront or upgrade a delivered AI CAD result for the quoted difference. If the engineer dismisses the check, its check credits are refunded.
Engineer Built
The quoted credits are reserved when you order and settled when the engineering files are delivered. Additional work is charged only with your explicit approval. If the team declines the order or you decline an additional charge, the order is cancelled, its reservation is released and any refundable charge is returned. The quote accounts for what the part has already paid.
If no AI model is ready
An AI conversion is not automatically refunded when it ends without a deliverable. Our team follows up through manual fulfillment. A prebooked Engineer Checked review begins once a model is delivered. Follow the status on your part page; you will be emailed when the result is available.
Balances and plans
- Available credits — credits available for a new conversion or order.
- On hold — credits reserved by an open engineering order.
- New accounts get one free AI CAD model, no credit card required. A short profile then unlocks 150 free credits; further conversions use credits.
- Credit packs and subscriptions provide the amounts shown on the pricing and billing pages.
- Repeat downloads of included, already-paid results do not incur another service charge.
Your billing page shows your balance, credit history and invoices.
