Product visuals for distributors
Voluminate turns the technical drawings you already have into an interactive 3D viewer and product renderings for each article. No samples to ship, no photo studio, and the same clean look across thousands of SKUs.
Start with a pilot on a sample of your drawings before you commit to the full catalogue.

Distributors carry thousands of articles that exist only as drawings. Getting each one photographed is where catalogue projects stall.

Many articles are made to order or drop-shipped. Photographing them means requesting samples from suppliers, one by one.
Every article needs handling, lighting, retouching and naming. The cost grows linearly with the catalogue.
Without an image, customers call your sales team to confirm they have the right part, or order elsewhere.
A one-off photo project is outdated the month it ends. New articles need the same treatment without a new project.

| 3D viewer for your shop | No | Extra cost | Included for every article |
| Consistent look | Varies with sample condition | Depends on the artist | Same views, background and lighting for every SKU |

You send drawings in bulk. We send back a finished visual set per article, ready for your shop or PIM.
PDF, DXF or scanned sheets, as an export or through an API connection to your system.
AI builds a 3D model from the drawing's views and dimensions. Drawings we can't read reliably are flagged, not guessed.
The views, background, lighting and material look you choose, identical across the catalogue.
Embed the 3D viewer, import the images and file them under your article numbers.

High-resolution images from fixed angles in a consistent style, named by article number.
A mesh of the part that you can reuse for brochures, configurators or video.
Bulk download or API, so new files land in your shop, PIM or ERP workflow.
Large catalogues get a fixed project structure: prove the quality first, migrate the archive, then keep it current.
Step 1
We process a sample of your drawings, including a few difficult ones. You check the results against the drawings before deciding.
Step 2
Your full drawing archive, priced on volume: the more articles, the lower the price per article.
Step 3
New articles get the same viewer and renderings automatically, without a new project.
Pricing on request. We quote on your catalogue size and drawing quality, usually within two business days.
Request a catalogue quoteA sprocket comes in dozens of tooth counts, chain sizes, bore diameters and hub variants. Each variant has a drawing from the manufacturer. Very few have their own photo, so the shop shows one picture for the whole family, or none.
The same applies to couplings, flanges, pulleys, clamping elements and hydraulic fittings: many variants, one drawing each.
For drawings you treat as trade secrets.
No. The technical drawing is the only input. That is what makes made-to-order and drop-shipped articles possible.
Each model is built from the drawing's views and dimensions. In the pilot we agree measurable quality criteria and check the results against the drawings before the migration starts.
They are flagged for review instead of being guessed. You decide whether to supply a better drawing or leave the article out.
Yes. Background, lighting, material look and the camera views are set once during the pilot and then applied to every article.
As a bulk download named by article number, or through an API connection to your shop, PIM or ERP. We can set up the connection as part of the migration.
Yes. Your first 3D model on Voluminate is free, no credit card required. For catalogue renderings, a pilot on a sample of drawings is the right start.
Tell us roughly how many articles you have and what the drawings look like. We reply with a pilot proposal and an indicative price for the full catalogue.
