Data retention and deletion

Where your data lives

Uploads, generated models and account data are stored by our cloud hosting provider on infrastructure located in the United Kingdom, covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for the UK. Files are private to your account; nobody else can access them through the app. Full detail, including the safeguards for our provider's US contracting entity, is in the privacy policy.

Training

Your drawings, photos and models are not used to train public AI models.

Retention

Content and generated results are retained while your account is active — currently targeted at 12 months after the last activity on a given part, and 30 days after account closure, unless we are legally required to keep something longer. Screenshots submitted with feedback are kept for around 90 days; invoices are kept for 10 years as required by law. Deleting a part set removes its source files and the part set with its results from your account.

Requesting deletion

Write to support@3dspark.de from your account email address and state whether you want a single part set or your entire account deleted. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
