What the conversion statuses mean

• Uploaded — sources received, no run started yet. Add a part brief, then start the conversion.
• Converting — reconstruction in progress. Typically a few minutes; the page updates itself.
• Ready — candidates are available in the 3D viewer. Rate them, download, or request a better model.
• Hi-Fi requested — escalated to the reverse-engineering team; you will get an email on delivery.
• Failed — the run could not be completed. Any credit hold is released automatically.

If a run seems stuck

Runs that stall are detected automatically after 90 minutes and their credit holds are released. If a part is still sitting in *Converting* well beyond that, re-run it or contact support@3dspark.de with the part name.
