What the conversion statuses mean

• Uploaded — sources received. Analyze your part, review the quote and start the conversion.
• Converting — reconstruction is in progress. Typically a few minutes; the page updates itself.
• Ready — included candidates are available to inspect and download.
• Engineer Checked requested — an engineer check is booked; an upfront check starts after the AI model is delivered.
• Engineer Built requested — your part is with the engineering team; you will be emailed on delivery.
• To be verified — a model was generated but its QA could not be completed; our team follows up.
• Failed / no model yet — processing could not produce a deliverable. Follow the part-page status for manual fulfillment; there is no automatic refund of the AI conversion price.

If a run seems stuck

Runs that stall are detected automatically after 150 minutes. If a part is still sitting in *Converting* well beyond that, contact support@3dspark.de with the part name. Follow the instructions on the part page before starting another paid conversion.
