Requesting a better model

Inspect your model against the source drawing and add a rating and specific feedback on the part page. For an engineer check, choose Engineer Checked; the price is shown before you confirm.

What to include

1. Your rating of the current model.
2. What is wrong — for example, "the bore is too small" or "the rib on the back is missing".
3. The candidate your feedback refers to and any dimensions that matter.

Choosing the next service

Engineer Checked is a paid engineer check of the AI CAD result against your drawing. It can be booked upfront or as an upgrade after delivery. A dismissed check is refunded.

For a complete parametric rebuild with a feature tree, choose Engineer Built. The quote takes account of what your part has already paid. Additional engineering charges require your approval.

Submitting general feedback does not itself book or charge an engineering service. Follow the order status on your part page for the team's response.
